After tasting the delicious moroccan cooking, why not learning and practicing at home,
for your family and relatives.
Our cooker Mouna will be your teacher during half day, to share with you her secrets !
First you will go to the souk, where Mouna choose vegetable, meat or fish and fruits, then at your return
you will learn how to cook moroccan typical dishes ; using spicies won’t be no longer a secret for you !
Then, you will have time to taste the food you prepared by yourself at the Ryad. For example : the savoured Chicken Tagine
with lemon and olives, vegetarian tagine or delicious lamb tagine with prunes or apricot.
